Bios:
Dr. Fotios Mitsakis is Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Nottingham Business School, Fotios completed his PhD in Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde. Fotios completes research in areas including Human Resource Development, Strategic HRD, and Training and Development, and he has published several articles exploring Strategic HRD in times of business and economic uncertainty.
Dr. Mandolen Mull is Chair of the Puri School of Business and an Assistant Professor of Leadership at Rockford University and founder of MullMentum Consulting, LLC, a bespoke leadership and organisational development firm. With a Ph.D. in organizational development and change, and an MBA in international business, her expertise lies in change management, operations, and leader development. Mandolin has accrued over a decade of corporate leadership experience in the fields of healthcare, property preservation, and logistical distribution. Possessing an extensive background in leadership performance, she consults with organizations across the globe, providing analysis and interventions targeted to improve organizational performance outcomes.
Dr. Parisa Mahboubi is a Senior Policy Analyst and leader of the C.D. Howe Institute's Human Capital Policy Council. Parisa’s research interest focuses on social policy with a concentration on demographic, skills, education, and labour market concerns. In addition to authoring research studies, Parisa regularly writes a column for the Globe and Mail’s business section. Prior to joining the C.D. Howe Institute in 2016, Parisa worked at the Statistics Canada Research Data Center, and as an Instructor and Research Assistant at the University of Guelph while completing her PhD studies.
