Step 1: Scoping. ALLbyPODCAST completes an analysis of your needs, working with you and your team, and submits a recommendation for how you can use podcasting. The recommendations specify numbers of podcasts, duration, and high-level topics covered, together with how the podcasts would be built and released, and a timeline.

At the end of this step, you review the recommendations and decide whether to go ahead with Steps 2-4.

Step 2: Development. ALLbyPODCAST works with you and your team to create storyboards and scripts for each podcast, and reviews those with you to ensure 100% satisfaction with the approach and content.

At the end of this step, you know exactly what will be said in each podcast episode, and by whom. You also know the overall style of each podcast (presentation, interview, formal, humorous, etc.)

Step 3: Recording. ALLbyPODCAST records your podcasts, and sends them over for review. We can use our own voice talent, or your own employees, or a combination - for example, your employees can be used as presenters, interviewees, or podcast guests. This step provides an opportunity for you to refine the content based on listening to draft podcasts, prior to signing them off as complete.

At the end of this step, you have signed-off completed podcasts, satisfied that they are exactly what you were expecting based on the earlier scripts.

Step 4: Delivery. ALLbyPODCAST delivers finished podcasts in an agreed format that allows you to distribute to employees and customers.

At the end of this step, you, your employees, and your customers have your wonderful new podcasts.
