ALLByPODCAST was founded in 2020 by Darren Short, who combines his 29 years of experience in corporate learning with his expertise as a podcast producer, editor, and presenter.

As a podcaster, Darren is the driving force behind two successful podcast series. He has written, recorded, edited, and presented episodes that attract over 120,000 users a year. He works regularly in a wide variety of tools including Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects, Camtasia, Captivate, and Articulate.

As a corporate learning professional, Darren has trained well over 20,000 employees in countries all around the world, as well as built hundreds of in-person and e-Learning courses in a career that spans 29 years in the private and public sectors, including in high-tech, consulting, and call center environments. Darren has created and delivered training on everything from onboarding to people management, leadership, project management, sales, customer support, compliance, and more. He has built, grown, and led corporate Learning functions, and managed large teams of instructional designers, e-Learning developers, in-person instructors, and facilitators. In addition, he was President of the Academy of Human Resource Development from 2012-2014, and chaired professional association committees focused on training research and best practice. During his career, Darren has founded two international training awards, presented at over 20 international training conferences, been published in multiple journals and magazines, and been recognized through awards for his work and professional writing.
